Man Rapes an 11-year-old Girl

Battambang Province: A suspect of rape case was arrested for raping an 11-year-old girl after her parents filed a complaint. According to the complaint, the accused Huot Pov, 28, raped the victim girl on July 4 at around 5 p.m. in Ta Thuk village, Kah Krorlor district’s Theb Tey commune, police said. The defendant went to buy rice at the victim’s house. Meanwhile, he saw her changing her clothes and raped her. In front of police the accused confessed that he raped the girl.
