Phnom Penh: Parents of a minor girl arrested and returned a 38-year-old man over to police on Saturday after they saw him raping their 14-year-old daughter in Phnom Penh’s Prampi Makara district. According to police, the parents had invited the accused man to a party at their house, where he was completely drunk. The man raped the girl when she came back from buying him cane juice in her kitchen. The rapist, who was accused of raping the underaged girl, was questioned and sent to the Phnom Penh Municipal Court to sentence.
