Man Sent to Prison for three Times

Kandal Province: A suspect, who used to serve in prison two times already for thievery, was sent again to the prison after he stole a motorbike from Prey Veng province on September 26 and was arrested in Prasat commune, Kandal province’s Saang district on Wednesday last week (September 28). The man known as Vun, 29, lives in Lekbei village. Vun went to Prey Veng province because his ex-wife lives there and when saw the motorbike in front of a victim’s house in, he stole and escaped to Kandal province and told his neighbor that he just bough this motorcycle. Prey Veng and Kandal police worked together to arrest the man.
