Man Spends Five years in Jail for attacking

Phnom Penh: Phnom Penh on Tuesday pretrial court sentenced a man five years into prison. Kem Sukna, 28, was accused of robbery. The court charged the man and his accomplice Chem Sin, 29, with attacking a Korean man and taking his wallet on December 15, 2008. The court also sentenced Chem Sin one year in jail. In front of the court, Kem Sukna refused the accusation, confirming that he fond the wallet of that Korean man, not rob.
