Married Man Arrested for Raping

Sihanouk Ville: A man was apprehended Monday for cajoling a 13-year-old girl into having sex with him when they participated in their friend’s birthday. The rapist, who gave 10 000 Riel (2.5 dollars) to the girl, known as Sin Seng, 27, is a staff of Chne Tomacheat restaurant and the victim is a souvenir seller in the area, sihanouk Ville police said. The man was sent to court to sentence.
