Married Man Rapes 17-year-old Girl

November 23, 07: A married man raped a 17-year-old girl at noon when the victim walked from a rice field to seek dry wood in forest 300 meters away from her village. The cruel act occurred in Rerl commune, Puok district, Siem Reap province. The perpetrator known as Pol Kley, 27, was the victim’s villager.
Puok district’s police said that after the information was spread when the girl told her parents, the perpetrator escaped away. Police are investigating to arrest the man and they haven’t got a clue yet.
