The Trial Chamber orders that the Substantive Hearing concerning the accused KAING Guek Eav alias “Duch” will begin on Monday 30 March 2009 at 10:00 hours in the main Courtroom of the ECCC. The ECCC will send the invitation and media guideline soon.
