Men Arrested After three Years of Murdering

Phnom Penh: The penalty police of the ministry of interior apprehended a man on Wednesday night in Chamkarmon district after three years of his escaping. According to a warrant arrest, a motor taxi driver Kim Phalla, 27, and his 21-year-old brother Kim Siha were accused of a murdering, which happened on June 26, 2006. They had a row with the other three men. The accused Kim Phalla attacked the men with a sharp knife, killing Toem Sophal instantly on the spot and the two other got serious and slight injury. His brother Kim Siha was arrested on Oct 13, 2008 in Dangkor district’s Krang Khnung commune. The two were sent to court t sentence.
