Military Police Arrest two Necklace Grabbers

Phnom Penh: Military police arrested two street snatchers at 1:30 pm on 23 December 2007 at De Pou market Light in Phnom Penh’s Tuol Kok district after they had grabbed a platinum necklace from a traveler, who was driving on her motorbike, Tuol Kok police said. The two men: Kub Pha, 37 and the other Boen Thuon, 25, live in Takeo province. The 23-year-old seamstress victim Hen Channy, living in Doun Penh district, got slightly injured.
