Minisry of Economy and Finance limits pension for insurance companies

Phnom Penh: Mey Van, director of Financial industry department, Ministry of Economy and Finance said that all the insurance companies must have at least $7 million for investment. The companies must have $4.2 million for customers who buy risk insurance. The $4.2 million dollar is divided into two parts. $3.5 million dollar must put in the commercial bank and $700,000 in National Bank of Cambodia. Now, there are 4 big insurance companies such as Caminco, Forte, Asia, Kampuchery.
