Phnom Penh: Ministry of health and development partner organized 2^nd health strategic planning for 2008-2015.The 2^nd organization was held in the 1^st health sector analysis result announcement and the procedure of 2^nd development strategic planning for 2008-2015, in the Cambodiana on 20 September.
