Ministry warns of the 21th storm

Phnom Penh: Long Saravuth, director of meteorology and water resources department said on 5 November that the 21th storm PEIPAH that was hitting at the Chinese sea will head for Phillipines and has some effect on Cambodia in the 3 or 4 days ahead. The ministry warns the people to be careful. The storm will not trigger the rain but will make the cold weather and strong wind. The storm may reaches Cambodia on 9 to 11 November.
