More than 20 Teens Rape 4 Girls

Kandal Province: Four female garment workers filed a complaint with Sa Ang district police to arrest more than 20 men, who were charged with rape. The four victims confirmed that more than 20 adults raped them on 17 April 2008 in Koun Chrouk village, Sa Ang district’s Prek Ompil commune after they had danced together in a pagoda in the middle night. Sa Ang penalty police officer said that around 20 teenagers rape four garment workers and after receiving the complaint, police arrested a 22-year-old rapist, who confessed that they had raped the 4 victims. The other rapists are under the arrest, police added.
