Nine Months in 2007: Investment Rate $1,812 Million

October 17, 07: Mr. Chorm Prasith, minister of Trade Ministry, said that in the first nine months of 2007, investment figure which have registered in development councils of Cambodia has $1,812 million dollar in which $861 million is international capital. “Until now the total invest rate reaches at $10,000 million which $9,417 million is foreign invest,” he added.
If we compare with the neighboring countries base on 2007 report like Vietnam and Thailand, Cambodia investment rate is very low that necessarily needed more effort.
