OFID offers $13 million for railroad

Phnom Penh: Ministry of Finance released that OFID offers $13 million loan for the railway system restoration plan to government of Cambodia. Oun Pon Mony Roth, Finance Secreatary of State and Jamal nasser Luotah, head of OPEC council signed on loan contract on 5 September in Vienna, Austria. The railroad system restoration plan will lasts 3 years and end in 2009.
