Old Man Rapes a 12-year-old Girl

Kandal Province: A 68-year-old man has raped a minor girl four times. The man was sentenced 17 years in prison for rape and he was demanded 20 millions Riel for compensation. The rapist Long San, who denied the rape, lives in Veal village, Sa Ang district’s Sa Ang commune, said police. The sentence was conducted on 23 Jan 2008. The victim girl said that Long San always gave her 100 Riel and raped her four when she helped him water his vegetable at his house. Raping the last time the victim’s family knew and filled the complaint with police to detain him. After checking, the girl has lost her virgin, police added.
