Preah Sihanouk Province: Kampot and Preah Sihanouk province police worked together on Tuesday, arresting a 20-year-old man, who was suspected of killing an Australian man in late 2009. The man known as In Soma lives in Kampot’s Toek Chhou district. The arrestee was sent to Preah Sihanouk province to be questioned.
