Opposition Leader Loses Tribunal in France

Opposition Leader Sam Rainsy lost tribunal on Tuesday with the foreign affairs minister Hor Namhong in French Court and the court demanded that leader Sam Rainsy pay compensation to Hor Namhong. Hor Namhong filed a disinformation and defamation complaint against Sam Rainsy, who had accused him of being a top leader at Boeng Trabek prison during Pol Pot Regime. Sam Raisny was not satisfied with the verdict. Therefore, he will appeal his sentence. Sam Rainsy said that he would ask his lawyer to continue his case.
