Cambodia is a country that is rich in natural resources, palm tree is one of the resource that raise up Cambodian living standard. Cooking sugar palm juice to make sugar is our old tradition but now Development and Techique Organization have brought new method to spread to some villages in Kompong Chnang provience. Making sugar powder earns more money, simple sugar cost 1000 Riels/ kg while sugar powder cost 3000 Riels/ kg. Besides this, it takes only 30mns longer that simple sugar but better quality, higher price, more hygienic, better taste and no chemical substance.
