"People reaction toward Duch's verdict"

Phnom Penh: Duch's verdict was announced this week. Duch has been sentenced to stay in prison for 19 years out of 35 years which has been reduced the sentence. We have noticed that most of Cambodian people have different point of view over the verdict. Some people were satisfy and some others not especially for the victims. Plus, local and international news have also reported people reaction to Duch's verdict within this week. 
 
To you, what do you thinks about this first ever verdict this time? Do you think whether the victims have been seeked for justice? And what will it help them toward reconciliation? What do you want to say it out?
