Petroleum Price Increases to 4,900 Riel

March 18, 08: Price of gasoline in Cambodia increased to 4,900 riel as raw oil price fell US$4 from recent top price US$112 per barrel. A government official claimed that the global gasoline price severely influenced Cambodia. The government spends US$20 million per year to help stable petrol sails. Analysts assume that the drop down of United State’s economy could affect many places in the world.
