Phnom Peh: Earning 17 points in 7 games, Phnom Penh Empire earned another 3 points after beating RCAF football team 2-0 at the 2:00pm of 29 September clash. Phnom Penh Empire earned the first goal 30th minute and another goal at 78th minute in the second half. On the same day, Red Eagle beat Lion football club 5-2.
