Phnom Penh municipal suggests construction companies to regulate before construct pipe systems

Phnom Penh: Till the early of August, PP municipal has taken a force action for unlicensed construction companies. Mob Sarin, deputy of PP authority who responsible for construction issue, said that all the construction companies must have license, have close cooperation with expert institute and local authority. However, local authority must take some responsible for unlicensed or wrong technical construction.
