Phnom Penh receives A World Leadership Awards from UK

Phnom Penh: Phnom Penh city, ranked in 1st, obtains a reward from United Kingdom. According to the announcement from municipality, Phnom Penh wins over its three partners during a World Leadership Forum competition that has 400 cities around the world to join in London, UK. The competition theme is concerning to environment renovation. Mr. Kep Chuti Ma, Phnom Penh governor and delegation leader, said that it is our great accomplishment that not only bring officers and Phnom Penh residents a content, but it is the greatest honor for Cambodia.
