PM: Different Maps Cause Border Dispute

Kampongspeu Province: At the first speech after the national election, Prime Minister Hun Sen on Wed in Kampongspeu province said that the border dispute between Cambodia and Thailand caused by the using of the different maps. Cambodia has used France-drawn map, which has been understood by the international countries. Nonetheless, Thailand has based on the map that made by itself, the PM said. The PM also claimed that if the Cambodian PM were not Hun Sen, the war of the two nations would break out since the 15th of July at the time of Thai troops invaded Khmer territory.
