Police Arrest two Rapists

Keb City: Two men were apprehended after they had raped a 19-year-old girl at 1am on 22 March 2008 in Keb district’s Prey Thom commune. The two defendant: Kung Lak, 26, is hguest house worker, and Kung Sovanna, 21, is a first year student at Royal University of Phnom Penh (RUPP), said Keb district police chief Mom Sitha. They confessed to raped the victim during Kung Sovanna took her home from dancing at a house of Kung Lak’s older brother.
