Police Arrested arsonist in Takmao

Kandal Province: A 23-year-lod adult, who suspected that drug addict, was detained by Takmao police after he burned down a house at 10:30am on Nov 10 in Ou Khang Ket village, Takmao district’s Prek Ou commune. The properties in the house were completely destroyed. The perpetrator known as Chin Sothearit lives in the above address. 48- year-old victim, Vorn Narom said that before the incident she saw Chin Sothearit, wearing only underwear, running in front of her house while she and her five Children were cooking. Then he hided himself in the house. She did not doubt because he used to come to her house every often, but when she went out to buy cake for her children, he set a fire on her house.
