Police arrested motorbike stealer

Kompong Tom: A man was excused of stealing and selling his cousin’s motorbike which left below the house in night of 23 October in Vieng Tbong village, Tangrosang commune. The thief said that he had sold the motorbike in $120 but now he left only 385,000 Riel. It is because of broke and thought that there were no complain from his cousin made him decided to steal that motorbike, added Bal Bav, thief.
