Police Beat a Man Unconscious

Phnom Penh: A few traffic police beat a man unconscious after they he was stopped by them on Friday morning at 10:30 a.m. Van yet, 29, said that he drove his motorbike on the Russian Blvd. Arriving at the corner Nort Brit, police stopped and fined him because his motorbike has no plate number and mirror. He was fined 9000 riel and then he gave them 10 US dollars, but those police hesitated to return his money. Therefore, an argument happened; the man confirmed that those traffic police hit him unconscious. The cop said that the man hit them first and they beat back. The man filed a complaint to sue them and demanded 500 $ for compensation. The result of the problem has not come out yet.
