Police Catch Teenager Who Grabs Student's Money

Battambang: A teenager among five was dissuaded and police are packing of various litigation papers. This litigation papers mentioned about kidnapping and grabbing students’ money outside the school. This issue happened at about 3 o’clock in the afternoon on 17-March-2007 at south of Mong Risey secondary school which locate in Kon Say Bon tay village, Mong commune and Mong Risey district.
The dissuader names Yim Tet, 19 and live in Rolous village in Mong Risey district. And the other four escapees name Van Var, 15 live in Kon Say Bon tay village Mong commune. Pich Samneang or Ngoul, 15 and Keouk Rotha, 17 live in Pou II village Kea commune and another teenager is not known his identity, local police said. The police added that a group of this teenager nearly kidnap and grab the students’ money every day. But there is no one to sue them because the group of teenager threatened that they will fight the students more than usual if the students complained police. However, on the sense, the group of students went to tell police and the police caught one teenager and others escaped.
After escaping, the dissuader, Kim Tet said the truth he was forced to grab students’ money by other people indeed. The defendant added that if they cannot earn money, they will punish. And the people behind Kim Tet and his friend Van Var don’t know their name. And when the defendant was giving 300 Riels to their gangsters the police came and caught.
For other four escapers the police are hunting them because these gangsters threatened and grabbed students’ money nearly every school. And for this one suspect the police pack of various litigation papers to the court. Mr. Siek Phea, a Mong Risey district deputy police chief, said.
