Police Check Helmetless Driver and Taker

Phnom Penh: According the traffic laws and the recent speech of the Prime Minister Hun Sen over the using of the helmet, the traffic police will check the drivers and their takers, who do not wear safety helmet. In spite of numerous actions against the drivers without helmet, many of them have violated these laws. Some of them just said that they are not used to wearing helmet and it makes their head stuffy. The others stated that when wearing the helmet drivers drive more faster and cause many traffic accident.
