Police Crack down on Phone Robbers in Phnom Penh

Phnom Penh: Phnom Penh penal police showed eight mobile phone robbers to the general public on 16 February 2008 before sent them to the court. Police did the investigation and detained them after receiving the complaints from the victims. They robbed mobile phones, money, jewelry etc around the Independent Monument where the people spend their free time, police said.
