Police Detain Korean Man in Rape Case

Phnom Penh: The anti-Trafficking and Juvenile Protection Burean Police, working with Doun Penh authorities detained a Korean man who was accused of raping a 17-year-old girl at around 3:30 p.m. on Saturday in Kou Sin hotel in Doun Penh district’s Boeng Rang commune. The making arrest followed a complaint of the victim girl, who confirmed that the Korean man raped her in room501 of the hotel. The Korean owner of the hotel and the other two suspects were also arrested in connecting to the case. The four suspects were held at the anti-Trafficking and Juvenile Protection Office to do more investigation.
