Police: Ouknha Oum Chhay commits suicide

Phnom Penh: Ouknha Oum Chhay, director of Chhay Chhay Investment and president of Banteay Meanchey Chamber of Commerce, found dead in the morning of 21 August at drug combatting department where he was detained. Ministry of Interior's spokeman said that Oum Chhay died of committing suicide. Some said that Oum Chhay did not die of committing suicide but of other reasons.
