Police Preparing to Block Monks

December 27, 07: About 100 police were ready to block monks’ protest at Vietnam embassy in Phnom Penh but there was no anyone came. Khan Chamkarmorn’s police said that he got information that monks would come to protest. A monk who was also blocked by police in the recent protest said that he and other monks had no plan to do the protest at all.
