Police suggest the bank owners taking more caution

Phnom Penh: 2 CONGO men who were arrested of stealing money through electronic system case are in prison. Due to this interested case, police suggest the bank owners to take more caution and cooperate with which are thought of mafia action and lead to terrorism.
