Pork will increase price in the future

Phnom Penh: Pork will be more expensive if there is a proper banning import but it will be less expensive in the next 5-6 months because poke’s price increases make people feed pigs more again. Amount of pigs in rural area is lesser, so pork will more expensive. Theng, pork seller in Oresey market said that pork increased price because lack of pigs. Low pork qualities which were imported, affected pig’s feeding and contacted diseases to local’s pig. But pork’s price will be less expensing if there is a banning against pig’s import.
