Prince Norodom Ranarhide Still in Charge of Court

October 3, 2007: After hiring during the afternoon the appeal court decided to keep complaint charging prince Norodom Ranarhide of having sold the party’s headquarter. The hiring was observed by civil and international organization and journalists. The appeal court remained the judge of Phnom Penh Municipal court that sentenced the prince to 18 months in prison in absentia and to pay $150,000 as compensation.
