Private sector plans to make economic-industry zone at Cambodia-Thai border

Phnom Penh: Private Company, Jai Jai Investment plans to make economic-industry zone in Poy Pet to provide works for 15 thousands to Cambodian and poverty alleviation at the border, according to foreign news report. Jai Jai Company will construct 150 factories on 500 hectares and will have finished in 2012. Jai Jai Company cooperated with local companies, signed a contract in the late July, and decided to invest $ 8 million which will provide works to nearly 1000 people next year.
