Ranked 3rd, Chum Vibol gained an Asia Pacific reward from ILO

Phnom Penh: A Cambodian photographer, Chum Vibol, was ranked 3rd in a competition, while the first and second were given to Vietnamese photographers. According to the news announcement of International Labor Organization on 3rd December, the three of them were selected among 19 countries who participated in this photograph competition. The theme of picture was about the labor in Asia Pacific area. Chum Vibol got his third place because he took a picture of a lady having only one hand trying her best to use computer. This program was prepared by ILO, International Disable Organization, and Ireland Support.
