Rape Cases Increase in Kampong Cham

In January beginning of 2008 rape cases in Kampong Cham increased compared to January 2007 it grows from two cases to 10 cases. In those, eight cases occurred to under-marriage age with nine victims. Human Right organization Adhoc president in Kampong Cham said that the cases rose because drunkenness, limited knowledge of law and sexy scene on TV screen.
