Rapes A Female Teen in 2002, Arrested in 2007

Kampongcham province: A 22-year-old man, who raped a 17-year-old female teenager in 2002, just arrested at 12pm on 11 2007. The rapist known as Kiet Koy live in Choeun Prey district’s Phdao Chom commune. The victim, Song Chantha, was raped in a pagoda on 7 January 2002 in Phdao Chom Khang Keth village. The family’s victim demanded 3 000 dollars compensation, but the rapist did not have enough money. Then he fled in Thailand. He was apprehended only two days after he returned home.
