Restaurant Female Owner Shot to Dead

Phnom Penh: Phnom Penh Thmey restaurant owner was shot to death at her restaurant on Friday in Doun Penh district’s Phsar Chas commune. She was shot three times by two gunmen while she was listening the music in her modern car in front of her restaurant, known as Phnom Penh Thmey Restaurant, dying on the way to hospital. The dead victim named Nhem Sokuntheary, 28, was single. Police concluded that the shooting caused by rancor.
