RNK Deputy Director and Worker Die when Truck Runs over

December 17, 07: Mr. Mem Ny, general deputy director of Radio of National Khmer, and his farm worker Cheng Ly, 45, died instantly when a truck veered to hit them from behind. The incident occurred at about 6:30am in Steng Chay village, Kampong Sela district, Koh Kong province. Meng Ny, 54, lived in Phnom Penh and Cheng Ly lived at the scene’s address. They were hit with truck when they were pulling a cart with young jack-fruit trees in along the ground site of the national road No 4.
