Robber in Ratanakiri; A man was badly injured

Ratanakiri: A man was badly injured in a robbery by four armed men in Ratanakiri on Tuesday early morning. The victim, Phin Ny, was chopped four times with an ax by the robbers who escaped with $350.The victim's wife was slightly injured in the robbery in Banlung district, Kachanch commune. Provincial Police Chief Ray Rai said that the crime in Ratanakiri is increasing. He added that now many people from outside are comming in Ratanakiri. (from The Cambodia Daily)
