Robbery suspect become the border police

Otdor Mean Chey: Otdor Mean Chey police arrested a suspect at 11am on 1st June of robbery case on 13th, June. The suspect, Mun Phy, 37, changed his name while he was working as border police. The arresting was done according to Prey Veng court's order on 14th, August 2002. How Mun Phy was assigned as police was unknown.
