RUPP female student kidnapped

Kampot Province: A Female student from Royal University of Phnom Penh was kidnapped on 11 december. The police accidentally shot her ass while they were trying to stop the car. The victim, Meas Malyda, 19, studying at RUPP, was reported to police that she was kidnapped by the suspect, Sor Yo Hor, 29, lives in Chamka Morn district. After shot, the car stopped and the girl was taken to the hospital, whereas the man and car were detained for questions. The suspect rejected the charge of this kidnapping and said that they love each other.
