Russey Keo district keeps 24 cars without number plates

Phnom Penh: On 16 August 2007, Russey Keo district officials with armed force checked the cars on National Road 6A in Chroy Changvar commune ordered by Kep Chuktima, Phnom Penh governor. The car checking leaded by Khlaing Huot, Russey Keo governor and other officials. After the checking, 24 cars without number plates are kept at Daun Penh district office to check for the related documents to the car. In principle, the cars without number plate but have tax paid, the owner will be told to apply for the number plates. For the cars without the tax paid, the district will send to custom office.
