Screening of A Healthier Tomorrow

Phnom Penh: On Tuesday at 7 PM, there will be a screening for the first of "a Healthier Tomorrow".The NGO “Malteser International” seeks a comprehensive approach to the improvement of living conditions of the poor rural population. For their new documentary A HEALTHIER TOMORROW Meta House film students have visited the Malteser project in Oddar Meanchey province near the Cambodian-Thai border. Filmmakers and representatives of Malteser International will be present at the screening (Q&A).

This presentation is followed by “LIVING IN EMERGENCY”. Mark Hopkins’ documentary (2008, 93mins) follows four members of the Nobel Peace Prize-winning NGO “Medecins Sans Frontieres” (MSF) on their African missions to provide emergency medical care under extreme conditions.
