Ek Phnom-Batam Bong: 2 men among 3 people were arrested and sent to court on 3, August of conspiracy and raping 17-year old girl at 23:30 mn on 30, July at footing house in Prek Tol village, Kos Jivang commune, Ek Phnom district, Batam Bong.The victim was raped when her parents away home on business. After raping, the criminals went with their boat while the victim reported to the police.
